My my! What a catch! And beautifully caught too!
I was surprised to notice that I could hardly distinguish between this plant and Lepidium virginicum which is not native, but naturalized here:

Was also puzzled to see that while Lepidium apetalum was not listed at IndFlora, Lepidium virginicum was.
However, according to GRIN, Lepidium virginicum is distributed in Himachal, and having seen it in Manali, it should be the natural choice.

I am sorry! That was my after-midnight sleepy brain.  What I meant to write was Lepidium apetalum is distributed in Himachal. So, for a flower seen in Manali, I would go with Lepidium apetalum.
