This site http://www.mdidea.com/products/new/new074.html also says: The bottom leaflets are often 3-lobed. I think we can assume that the divided leaflets are what are referred to lobes. So, I think we all agree that all the specimens discussed till now are S. candensis. We will worry about S. javanica when we get fresh inputs. I will try to explore it on my next visit to North-East. |

I dont know how u guys can see any lobes in there. I can see a divided leaflet at one of the places where dinesh doubts...where he has added notes. And in the pics i clicked, there is no such feature at all. Does that make it Javanica? I too will take care of this one in my next trip to Bangalore. तो क्या मैंने नाम कमा लिया?! | |||

Shaista, lowest leaflets may or may not be lobed (or divided) in S. canadensis It is more likely that we all found S. candensis separately. |
