[g] Is there any variety of "Mogra" plant which flowers throughout the year. Can i plant it in Pune ? And from where shall i get the sapling ?

How can i save my Hibiscus plant from mealybugs. I had sprayed neem extract, "Gomutra", but of no use. plz. suggest an organic remedi (i am allergic to chemicals)
