Amazing plant! Away from its flowering/fruiting, it can be mistaken for amar bel.
I think you have both flowers and fruits. The white ones are flowers, and the green ones are becoming fruits.

Oh good that the flowers are here ... some day later I can get some close-ups. Thank you very much, Tabish.

Dinesh, I am puzzled on reading that the flowers are about 2 mm in size. From your picture they don't look that small. I think the flowers get enveloped by the enlarged sepals soon, and looks larger.
Sometimes I really miss layman's descrïption!

... that was one of the reason I wanted your seconding my thoughts ... descrïptions say there are two alternate rows of (over-sized) sepals or so ... and I got confused. The white ones must be the flowers.

... adding to my own confusion, putting a post from IndiaTreePix:

********************************************
"dear all
surely it is Cassytha filiformis. The larger white ones are fruits and smaller one are flowers
kunhikannan"
********************************************

That must be so ... I will feel good when I get close-up of both fruits and flowers.

Yes Dinesh, I think the really tiny ones in your picture are flowers (which explains the 2 mm). The larger white and green ones must be various stages of fruit.
Probably white ones are earlier form of fruit (or later form of flowers). Closeup of the tiny ones would help.
