Dinesh, really good identification!
One small point:
I presume you thought that the Hindi name should be Pan Bel because of the paan-shaped leaves. However, I think the name Pani Bel comes from the fact that the watery sap of this climber is drunk by rural folks in the dry regions of Madhya Pradesh.

At both sites ENVIS - FRLHT and Forest Flora of Andhra Pradesh it is mentioned as pani bel ... and I mistook it to be a typo carried all over.

Thank you very much for the correction and for the clarification too.
