Hello everyone.

I would like to get advice for nearest good place for Flower watching from Delhi.

I would make day trip. 2-3hours range in one way.

Aravelli range and Shivalik range is near from Delhi on the map.

But I want to know exact name of place, if you have some ideas.

I thought Bharatpur bird sactuary otherwise, but it looks bit far from Delhi and I might have to stay one day there.

Also I have never visited Sunder nursery, how is it? Is it allowed to enter for public? I'd like to get its information too.

Could you someone advice me?

I just got from one of my very good friends, this book: Trees of Delhi by Pradip Krishen.
Besides being a tremendously useful field guide, I am certain that it helps know where to find (especially) lesser known trees in and around Delhi.

PS: corrected spelling of author's name.

Dinesh ji, thank you very much for your reply.

I have Trees of Delhi already(even I contacted Pradip ji also).

I have thought Sunder Nursery is one of the place I have to visit, but as I wrote in another topic, it is close on Sunday.

I will find other place.

Thank you for your advice.

Hi Toushou
One of my frnds is coming to visit Delhi on 30th this month. Even we plan to make a one day trip to some places in and around Delhi.
In case we make a group, you are also invited to come along.
Let us know if you have some good place in mind.

I'd rather have roses on my table than diamonds on my neck. :-)
