I searched native place of Vernonia elaeagnifolia as myanmar according to following site.

http://floraweb.nparks.gov.sg/search/viewDetail.action;jsessionid=20B96D31D8F9E697ABC03EC02F7AA622?pgId=3658494753128121&key=11

Temporary I recognise it as myanmar.

Now I d like to know is it perennial? annual? biannual?.

I feel it is perennial evergreen creeper by my observation.

Could someone advice me please.

Curtain creeper is indeed a native of Burma. I think your picture displays the flowers, which are white.

Thank you tabish. Now I want to know the type of this plant.

I guess its evergreen perennial creeper because I have seen it green in May also and in Nov also.

My friend told me it might be fruit based on flowers of other vernonia as follows. But do you have some information if its flower? Intitially I was also thinking it flower.

1)Vernonia cinerea
http://e-amo.net/amano/plants/kiku/yanbaruhigotai.htm

2)Vernonia fasciculata

http://aoki2.si.gunma-u.ac.jp/BotanicalGarden/HTMLs/Vernonia-fasciculata.html

3)Vernonia colorata

Yes, it is an evergreen creeper. Very common as a wall cover in Delhi. Flowers are white, and look similar to your picture. It may well be that the fruit also look the same - don't know about that.
