Wow! Looks so much like a Venus flytrap. There was a recent news about the fastest fly-catcher plant having been discovered. From the image I have in mind, the flowers looked very similar to this one.
Anyway, this is just my perception. It may well not be insectivorous!

It may not be harmful for the plants, but harmful for Birds
keep them away from Birds. The best is to destroy them
