Dinesh, this could be Arrow-leaf Morning Glory (Xenostegia tridentata) The flowers are variable in color, and can be white with a maroon center. |

Not a good guess! Your flowers are still smaller, and are almost stalkless, whereas the stalks of Xenostegia tridentata are prominently long. |
