Hello,
I renting a house in Kottivakkam in Chennai.  I have a nice garden but I am slowly killing all my plants and trees (the tree supposedly has fungus and looks very droopy).  I have had a few people from pesticide/fertilizer shops come try to help but I am not confident they know what they are talking about.  I would like to find someone who is a true gardening expert who can come once a quarter or so and guide me on what medicine, pesticide and fertilizer I need to use.
Let me know if you have anyone you can recommend.
